An avid rescuer has fallen ill and needs help getting some of his pets adopted:

PATCHES, a white and black DSH, M/N, about 4 years old. He was rescued as a stray in the neighborhood. He's very playful and friendly. He will sit on your lap, knead on you, and lick your face. He likes to follow his human around the house. He must be adopted to a home with other cats who like cats.
