Nana's Story...
Hi, my name is Nana; it rhymes with Hannah. If you’re guessing by my picture that I’m a playful girl that likes to have fun, you’re right on the money. I was under the weather and brought to Angel’s Vet for treatment but my family never returned to get me. It must be because they were short on money. It couldn’t be because they didn’t want me because I’m a good girl. Okay, I have one confession – I don’t like small pets and I like to climb chain link fences. So, I need a home with no other small pets and with a tall privacy fence so I don’t get the urge to climb the fence.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nana, a Savannah Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
