Manny's Story...
Hi, my name is Bennie. I ended up at M’Shoogys after getting hit by a car. Unfortunately, it’s not an unusual story around here. There is something a little unusual about me; I had to have my tail amputated because of the accident. You might think it’s a little weird but really, you wouldn’t know it was missing if I hadn’t mentioned it. I’ll tell you what you will notice, my sparkling personality! I might not have a tail but I’m all dog alight. I’m friendly, happy go-lucky, and it’s all good! You don’t have to take my word for it; come down to the shelter and see for yourself. I think you’ll find I’m irresistible.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Manny, a Savannah Foxhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Foxhound for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Foxhound dog from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Foxhound breeders who help with Foxhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
