Puffy's Story...
Meet Fluffy & Puffy! This sisters are a 1 year old Maine Coon mix pair, unfortunately they where abandoned by their former owner at someone's house and never went back for them, imagine how sad they must have been! They where brought to our shelter and we would want to keep them together as they have never been apart for even a moment.
These ladies are gorgeous, look at those faces! They love to play around and reach out to our visitors for some attention, they sure are purr machines and would gladly hang out with you at home, watching TV or on the computer or just chilling after a long day. These beauties will certainly be the perfect addition to any home.
They would love a forever home would that be you?

We Spay/Neuter all of our cats and they receive the necessary medical care including Rabies, Three Distemper vaccines, De-worming, De-fleaing, Micro chipping, and Testing for Feline Leukemia/FIV.

Care for Animals is located at 2944 Post Rd. Warwick, RI 02886. You are welcome to visit during hospital hours. Our hours are Monday 8-7, Tuesday — Thursday 8-5 and Friday 9-3. We’re also happy to set up weekend appointments.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Puffy, a Warwick Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Warwick, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Warwick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warwick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warwick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warwick paves the way for another one to be saved.
