Summer's Story...
We are 2 darling kittens that were pulled from a kill shelter at the tender age of 7 weeks. Actually our start in life was very shaky. We were found under someone’s porch and we definitely did not want to be caught so we had to be trapped, super scary experience. We are so very cute it’s hard to think we on our own at such an early age. We are now about 8 ½ weeks old and are ready to start a new, happy chapter in our lives. Although our foster was told that we are siblings we look so totally different. Jossi is my brother and is a very handsome bullseye tabby boy. My name is Summer and I must admit I think I got the looks in the family. I am a little girl snowshoe kitten with the most beautiful blue eyes and a super sweet personality to match. We are both still a bit shy but have found that we really do like the good life. We are learning how to play with these things called toys and man are they heaps of fun. We would love to find homes were we could be cherished and spoiled. Do you have room in your heart to love one of these adorable babies?

Please call CARE @ 804-288-9797 and ask about Connie’s adorable kittens.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Summer, a Richmond Snowshoe kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Snowshoe for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Snowshoe kitten from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Snowshoe breeders who help with Snowshoe rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
