My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you looking for a silly girl who wants nothing more than to shower you with affection when you come home from a long day and to help keep your bed warm at night? Nya is the perfect companion. She's ready to wiggle her stubby tail into your heart.

Nya is a one year-old, terrier mix. She loves nothing more than to snuggle in a human lap and give kisses to anyone who looks like they might need them. She was raised in a home with young children and would prefer to live indoors and be part of your family. She's spayed, up to date on vaccinations and is heartworm negative. She's also crate and house-trained.

She's good with other dogs but tends to be a little submissive around larger dogs. We're not sure how she is around cats. Despite her young age, she's calm but very curious about what everyone in the house is up to. She'd make a great first pet for any family or an amazing pet for an experienced owner. She's easy to please. Come meet sweet Nya at the FOTA Adoption House located at 8476 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA .

Nya: Good with kids, cats, house trained, kennel trained. She is low energy, and sweet as can be! Very smart and easy to train. Now how much more PERFECT can you get?!?!?! Contact her foster mom at Sarah.metallo@gmail.com to meet this sweet girl.

All dogs adopted through Friends of the Animals are current on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption. For more information about FOTA or to make a donation, please visit http://www.friendsoftheanimalsbr.org/.
