This handsome young man is Humfrey, a beautiful black shepherd that is only about 8 months old. Humfrey was found as a stray and we are surprised that no one came looking for this sweet boy, but it seems that he's already put his past behind him and is looking forward to starting over. Humfrey is such a mush and makes friends very easily. He just loves going for walks and is such a curious puppy. He is just overjoyed to go in our exercise yard and after he gives the sniff-test to a few trees in there, all you have to do is toss him a large ball and he will keep himself entertained for hours. Humfrey is like a soccer player and he will bat around a ball, kick it, catch it, you name it. When it's time to go, he doesn't give any problems with handing over his toys and is easily leashed up. Humfrey is a strong guy but he's had some training. He doesn't seem to mind other dogs either. This young pup is hoping for a loving family of his own that will welcome him with open arms and never let him go again. File#23733 7/20/14
