Charlie's Story...
Meet Charlie! This little cutie is a Coonhound mix who was tossed out as a newborn along a road with her mama and 6 siblings. Even though she got her start in an environment which was most likely not full of hugs, this kid is not holding grudges. Charlie is friendly, happy and full of adorable shenanigans! She likes to hang out with the big dogs and can often be found chasing them and trying to join in their games. Of all her siblings, she looks the most like her mom who appears to be all Redbone Coonhound. Charlie is about 6 months old (as of 9/24), is spayed and up-to-date on all appropriate vaccinations and preventives. Charlie gets along with dogs, cats and is used to seeing horses. She has good house manners (for a 6 month old), is an excellent car rider and is good on leash. Here is a 2 minute video of her and 2 of her siblings playing http://youtu.be/pyfYwJay3mA For more information or an application to adopt Charlie, email coldnosecoalition@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Spring City Redbone Coonhound/Retriever (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redbone Coonhound/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Spring City, or seeking a Redbone Coonhound/Retriever (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Spring City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spring City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spring City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redbone Coonhound/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Redbone Coonhound/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spring City paves the way for another one to be saved.
