My name is PUFFIN!

Husky/German Shepherd Dog Mix Puppy for adoption in Bluemont, Virginia - PUFFIN

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

PUFFIN's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

PUFFIN's Story...
Puffin came to us from a high kill shelter in rural Kentucky. She was adopted last week, but the adopters children are too rough for her. She is a good dog, and needs a home that children will respect her. She already has impressed us with her easygoing personality and a high level of intelligence. We think she might be mixed with Shepherd. She is a gorgeous pup who right now resembles an Arctic Fox and is wonderfully soft and cuddly. Updates will be posted as we learn more about her.

Puffin's adoption fee is $325 and we will be accepting early applications on her. For more information or to request an application please contact Becca at blackdogs@me.com.
She is in Hagerstown right now and we can make arrangements to meet her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PUFFIN, a Bluemont Husky/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Bluemont, or seeking a Husky/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Bluemont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bluemont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bluemont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Husky/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bluemont paves the way for another one to be saved.
