Chrissy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Chrissy's Story...
I’m a sweet girl that loves to be held and rubbed under my chin. I
will look up into your eyes while you pamper me with love to let you
know how much I appreciate and love you too. Somehow my little tail
was injured when I was born and it stopped growing, but it doesn’t
keep me from being the Belle of the Ball if you ask me. I am great
with kids, other cats, and would learn to love a dog pretty quickly as
long as you’re patient with me – only because I haven’t been around a
dog yet. But I am such a loving, sweet soul that I’m sure in time we
would all be one big happy family. Are you that family? I am
fostered in Huntsville, AL. If you would like to meet this sweet baby
or have any questions, please email info@forrescue.net. You may also
complete an application at http://forrescue.net/cat-application/

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chrissy, a Huntsville Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
