Athena is a sweet little girl who is looking for a home that will make her feel safe. She just wants to be with people. She does have a marking problem if there are other dogs who live in the household. Athena can be a very funny girl who has a great smile and will give endless kisses. She is dog selective but the right playmate will make her very happy. She is submissive so an alpha male would work. She loves to go for walks. Athena would be great for a household that is quiet and not too active. She is very laid back. She doesn't do well with children. She is also shy at first and needs to take things slow when meeting new people. I think her previous home was not very good and that kids were a problem for her. Please don't let her issues steer you away from her. With the right home, she will make a loving pet.
