My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Copper is a 2 year old red brindle female who came to us after a very short racing career. She does fine with small dogs and cats. Copper has an adoption pending.

My new name is Copper - the volunteers says my pretty eyes look like coopper pennies. I LOVE to run around the exercise yard and play with toys. I've heard I'll get to do that whenever I want once I'm a "pet."

There are lots of rumors around the kennel about this "pet" thing, all of them good. I'm told I will take the next step in my journey, no-puppies surgery, on August 22 and I'll go to my foster home the next day. After foster, I'll go to my forever home. I'm SO excited!! I think I'll take my excitement out on my stuffie.
