Willy Wonka's Story...
Hi there! I'm Willy Wonka, so named for my SUPER sweet nature and fluffy like confection fur and tail! Somehow I ended up at a very scary place called "Animal Services", and somehow I was not adopted after sitting there for over a month! I guess everyone was too dazzled by all the kittens. I ended up on the "list" but thankfully St. Francis came to my rescue knowing lots of people love sweet longhaired kitties like me. My favorite place to be is in your lap, or somewhere VERY close to you. I want all the attention you have to give me so don't adopt me if you want a wall flower! I am really still just a kitten myself so I hope to find a forever home that will love me and be my family for the rest of my life.88

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willy Wonka, a Tampa Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
