My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Frosty, but only because I'm white. It's not because I'm cold. In fact, I'm one of the most loveable dogs you've ever cuddled, 'cause I cuddle back. I want to be with you all the time. Heck. I'll even follow you to the bathroom.

I'm 4-years old and unlike every other Maltese, I don't have a tail. Nobody seems to know where it went, but it isn't there. My foster mom says my luxurious coat makes up for the lack of a tail, and that I'm unique. She also says I'm pretty darn smart, 'cause I learn things real fast.

I weigh about 9 1/2 lbs., and might could use a tiny diet, but really, I'm not too heavy.

I do my very best to be house-trained, especially if you have a doggie door or one of those curtain screens during warm weather.

I'm a happy happy boy who loves mornings, stuffed toys, chew bones, playing with other friendly small dogs, and barking at the cat. (I'm not supposed to do that, but I can't help it. I just think cats need to be barked at.)

I travel well in the car, even if I have to be in a crate for safety. I'm learning about walking on a leash, but could use a little more practice. And before I came to rescue I learned to play by using my teeth. OH, I've never bitten anyone, but my foster mom says I use my teeth a little more than I should, so a home without little kids will probably be best.
