Momma's Story...
My name is Momma, I have a special mark on my face that either looks like half a mustache or half a smile. I love all kittens in my foster home. I mother them, take care of them and groom them. I also like to play with them. I am very protective, especially when they are in trouble. I'm also good with adult cats. I love to be with you all the time i will purr next to you while you pet me. I love to get attention but I'm not an attention hog. I really hope you will adopt me, I am looking forward to my new furrever home so I can spread the love to my new furrever family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Momma, a Tampa American Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a American Shorthair cat from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
