My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Sid and I am a true Southern Gentleman of a dog who is 3 year old, 51 pound and a handsome Shepherd mix. I was hanging out in the shelter with very little chance of ever getting out. But then, somebody from Critter Cavalry saw me there and knew there was something special about me! Now I am out of there, living with my foster family and having the time of my life! My foster mom adores me because I am such a good boy. She even says that I am one of the best foster dogs she has ever had. High marks from a picky foster mom. Please read the following from my foster mom and maybe you will decide that you too need “Sid in your life!”
"If you look up good dog in the dictionary, there is a picture of Sid. He is better than my two dogs put together. He loves to play with his toys and he loves to play with other dogs. He gets the dogs at the dog park to chase him around and he has the best time! He even gets my dogs to chase him around the yard. Sid is friendly, playful, great with children and cats. He's so easy going that he could fit in perfect with just about any person or family. He's not much of a barker, he is not a pest and he is just a joy to have around. Sid loves to cuddle in bed and will jump right in with you. Sid does have a little fear of getting into cars but we are working on it and it’s just a matter of time before we will have him loading up like a champ. Right now I have to lift him in when we are going places and I am sure that his confidence level will rise and in no time he will be a pro at loading in the car! “
If you think Sid might be the dog for you, please contact us and tell us a little about the life Sid would have with you. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
