My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Marta! I'm a 3-1/2 year old purebred teacup black pug. As most of you know, I was found in a Walmart parking lot last month with severe injuries. The nice people at the emergency clinic stitched me up, and I've been healing ever since. I'm almost ready to find my forever home!

I am as sweet as pie, and I am looking for someone to snuggle with me. I hate being left alone and I let everyone around me know that! I love to sleep and veg out, but I'm also active and love to run! I'd like to find a home with a big backyard with grass, so I can run free and stay safe. I love nice grass. It's the perfect place for me to lay in the sun, and roll around!

I don't have any eyes, but no one has told me I am blind. I get around just fine and love to explore! I can't do stairs, though, because I am too small and can't see. I follow my foster mom and brother around to find my way. It's working for me! I love my foster brother. He is my security blanket and my favorite pillow.
