Gracie's Story...
Meet Gracie, 5 month old havanese/terrier mix. What a bundle of joy she is. Full of puppy life, loving, funny and really good. She is doing well on potty training, but of course would have to be reinforced. She weighs about 9 lbs. Get's along with other dogs and I am sure cats would be fine. She would be great for children who like to play. Being a puppy, we think she would do best in a home with another dog. A small family with children and another dog would be ideal.

If you think you can be Gracies forever home, please email us, let us know a little about you and your lifestyle. She will be available next weekend. 8/9/14.

Application, home check and adoption fee's apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gracie, a Playa Del Rey Havanese/Maltese puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Havanese/Maltese for sale in Playa Del Rey, or seeking a Havanese/Maltese puppy from a breeder in Playa Del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Playa Del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Playa Del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Havanese/Maltese breeders who help with Havanese/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Playa Del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
