Adoption Fee: $200. Sugar was abandoned at one of the local libraries. For weeks we tried to find her owner, but in the end we realized she had just been abandoned. Sugar is a very, very sweet American Bully mix and would love to find a forever home that cherishes her as much as she cherishes experiences a little bit of human kindness.
