Hazel's Story...
Hazel is a 4 month old shepherd/dane mix who was was rescued from a high kill shelter in Tennessee. She has a wonderful disposition. Hazel is happy all of the time, loves to play and is well adjusted. She is kennel trained and almost house trained. Hazel loves to sit on the couch and cuddle. Equally as much, she enjoys playing with the other dogs in her foster home. Hazel is currently being fostered in Tennessee. Once she is adopted she will travel via transport ( The Road Home Pet TRansport) to her new family in the midwest. Our next transport is scheduled for August 13. Hazel's adoption fee of 450.00 includes her spay, microchip, vaccinations and her transport to her new home. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hazel, a Waterbury Great Dane/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Waterbury, or seeking a Great Dane/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Waterbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Waterbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Waterbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Great Dane/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Waterbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
