My six siblings and I were born in 2010 near Black Lake in Campti. We were found, along with our Mom, Daisy Duke, by a family nearby. Unfortunately, our conditions were poor. We were all very sick with many different types of worms and other illnesses. Some of our siblings got better and were adopted. Momma, Daisy Duke, was adopted as well and is living a life of royalty! Unfortunately for Bubba and me, we stayed sick for quite a while. We were also very shy and nervous; this made it hard for us to get adopted. But luckily, we have come to love our home here at Natchitoches Hope for Paws! They rehabilitated us and keep us healthy. We are still uncertain of newcomers, and we don’t get along well with other dogs, but we love each other. I’m pretty sweet once I get to know you and have soft fur to pet. My favorite spot is in my dog house. If you want to take me home, please make sure I have a cozy hiding spot. Also, take my brother Bubba too! I just love him so much.
