Tobey is a younger heeler who weighs about 30 lbs. He is agile and smart, though a little wary in new surroundings. He needs a patient adopter who understands his full potential. Tobey is heart worm negative and neutered and microchipped. We think he is one year or less. Tobey was running the streets when a good samaritan decided to put a lid on his shenanigans. We think heelers are the smartest dogs and make fine companions. We seek a home for Tobey where he can use his wits and his athletic ability. Tobey requires a fenced yard with at least a 6 foot fence. His adoption fee is $150
