Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I am Bear. The family that originally found me called me Bear because as a wee pup I looked like a black bear cub. They told me from day one that they couldn't keep me and as soon as a foster home became available they would have to let me go. They cried as they were giving me away so I know they loved me. When I arrive at my foster home, I was met by lots of pups ready to play. I am about 6 months old which makes my birthday 2/14/14. At the moment I weigh in at a healthy 40 lbs. I am a German Shepherd mix with a lush, mostly black coat of fur. I do have the light colored legs and eyebrows. I am told that I have the German Shepherd lope when I walk. I love to play with the other dogs. I really love it when my foster mom pets me and talks to me. I try to be a lap dog but I am told that I am too big. I am called a big ole love bug. I walk on the leash ok. My foster mom keeps reminding me that one day I will have my very own family, maybe some children to play with. I am up to date on all my shots and I have been neutered. Whoever adopts me will be the lucky one. HHS. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
