Meet Sweet Sasha; so sweet, she even likes cats. This exceptional Doberman mix girl is about 18 months old and weighs 48 pounds. She was dumped off in the middle of nowhere in a small rural town in TN, pregnant and totally alone with nowhere to have her babies or get food. An elderly gentleman was nice enough to take her in and gave her a home until after she had her 8 babies. The man did the best he could taking care of Sasha and her puppies but called us and needed some help. Sasha is now living in a foster home with several other dogs and a cat and gets along great with everybody. She loves to run and run she can! She is very fast with her long legs. Her temperament is docile and gentle and always wanting to please. Sasha will sit by you, then scoot as close as she can to you like she can't get close enough. And when she looks at with you with those beautiful imploring eyes, you know there has been some sadness in her life. She is looking for a home that will make her feel loved, secure and forever happy. Sasha is a wonderful girl with a spirit of forgiveness and grace.
