Here's what the humans have to say about me:
JOEY is a 2 year old chocolate neutered male Lab who weighs 48 pounds (needs to gain 5-7 lbs). He was a stray brought into the shelter by a man whose house he showed up at. This man said if he didn't already have 3 dogs, he would've kept him. Joey is pretty calm for his age and walks well on leash. He has done well with other dogs at the shelter. Joey comes from a rural area and would probably not do well living in a city, an apartment/condo, or a busy neighborhood. He's approved for kids aged 10+. More info on him soon!
This dog is available for adoption from Lab Rescue LRCP. The rescue has around 50 dogs available for adoption.
If you are interested in adopting, please visit www.lab-rescue.org and complete an adoption application. Within a few days of submitting an application you will hear from an Adoption Coordinator who will guide you through the adoption process.
An adoption fee is charged to cover the cost of veterinary care and a house check is required.
