Sparky's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sparky's Story...
These puppies were found with their mother in the woods, after we saw the mother looking for food. She was not happy with us taking them but we we got them. She did not want to be taken so other people were going to try and catch her. They were found on July 4th, at about 6 weeks old.
They are sweet and ready for a family of their own.
They need a loving, affectionate family who can help them grow into a wonderful adult dog...I hope you are that family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sparky, a Staunton Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
