Sweeney's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and not good with dogs.

Sweeney's Story...
Sweeney has the most beautiful coloring for a havanese mix! Those black
ears, and the adorable face make him quite the handsome guy! Just 2
years old and 13 lbs, this sweet guy is ready to lay his head in your
lap and finally be home. Sweeney is a very well behaved little fellow
but he is a little food protective and has some leash aggression. He is
completely house trained and does not get into any trouble when left
alone. Sweeney is in a foster home right now with another dog and the
two get along great. They love to play and have fun! He is such a sweet,
mellow, and special guy. Looking for a real lover-boy? Then Sweeney is
your man!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweeney, a Encino Havanese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Havanese for sale in Encino, or seeking a Havanese dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Havanese breeders who help with Havanese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
