Cayne-ADOPTED!'s Story...
Estimated date of birth: 4/27/14
Cayne is too cute for words. He is a happy, very sweet loving puppy looking for his forever home. He came in with his sibs, Layne and Jayne. According to the people who surrendered these pups to us, the father is pure Maltese and mom is pure Chihuahua so I guess we can say they are Malchi's! We will be helping fix the parents so they do not continue to add to the overpopulation problem!
Cayne and his siblings will be ready for adoption on or after 8/23/14. If you are interested in filling out an application for your interest in Cayne, please go here to find our downloadable application: http://www.eoerescue.org/joomla/index.php/adoptions
You can send in filled out application to: eoerescue@yahoo.com
Adoption fee for Cayne is $250. This includes his neuter, up to date on vaccines, deworming and microchip.
Thank you for considering saving a life and adopting a rescue pup!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cayne-ADOPTED!, a Tracy Chihuahua/Maltese puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Maltese for sale in Tracy, or seeking a Chihuahua/Maltese puppy from a breeder in Tracy.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tracy already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tracy breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Maltese breeders who help with Chihuahua/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tracy paves the way for another one to be saved.
