Hi. My name is Charlie. I am guessed to be 10+ years old and I weigh about 50 lbs.
I am older, blind and I have trouble hearing, but I will absolutely melt your heart with my nonstop tail wagging and happy demeanor.
I have likely spent my whole life chained up outside. I am not in the best condition as far as my overall condition. Aside from being blind and everything else, I have a very poor hair coat, and missing hair and scars all over my face, which is likely from me running in to stuff.
I know I am old and I am not in the best of shape, but I would love nothing more than to a have a loving home with a nice family to live out my days. I just want to be able to know what it is like to have a good, loving home before I pass on.
I may even have a few more good years of love and affection to give you!

I appear to be in good health. I have been given my Parvo/ Distemper vaccine and I have been dewormed with panacur dewormer.
PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DOG, AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER DOGS AT OUR SHELTER AS URGENT. OUR KENNEL SPACE HERE AT THE POUND IS VERY LIMITED. THIS DOG COULD BE EUTHANIZED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE ANY TIME AFTER AUGUST 11, 2014.
HERE AT THE COLUMBIANA COUNTY DOG POUND, WE TRY VERY HARD TO PLACE ALL OF OUR ADOPTABLE DOGS IN TO LOVING HOMES OR SEND THEM TO GREAT, APPROVED RESCUE GROUPS, HOWEVER, WE CAN ONLY KEEP OUR DOGS HERE AT THE POUND AS LONG AS SPACE ALLOWS.
MY ADOPTION FEE IS $110 CASH, WHICH COVERS MY NEUTER SURGERY (WHICH MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ME LEAVING THE SHELTER), MY PARVO/DISTEMPER VACCINE, RABIES VACCINE, DEWORMING AND MY CURRENT OHIO DOG LICENSE WHICH WILL BE HONORED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OHIO.
THE POUND IS OPEN MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8 AM- 4 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 9 AM- 12 PM. WE ARE CLOSED SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
