My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pup is a super friendly 9 month old Golden Retriever/Shepherd mix. Pup was taken to a dog sitter and the owner called and said she would not be returning to the area to get her. The dog sitter eventually brought Pup to Friendship. This cutie pie is very active and loves everyone she meets including dogs. She has not had much attention in her young life and demands petting and belly rubs. Pup's a little rough around the edges as far as training is concerned but you can tell she's very smart and once someone teaches her what she needs to know she'll be fine. Being a little rambunctious, kids should be over 6 years of age. Pup was exposed to cats for a short time and never did much with them. Pup is pure joy! Stop by soon. Pup was recently adopted and returned. She had some separation anxiety when her owner was not home and would whine and hide until he returned. There was also a 4 year old in the family that Pup nipped at. Other than that the family said she was a very friendly girl that was house trained. Pup would do best in a home where someone is home a lot and has older children. Having another dog in the family may help Pup feel more secure too.
