Talia's Story...
Meet Talia!

Talia was found by a Good Samaritan running down a busy Houston street in the summer of 2013. Unfortunately, they couldn't keep her and asked for rescue help finding her a perfect family!

At first she was a bit shy, but now, she loves people and other dogs. She often spends her days playing at doggy daycare with lots of friends of all different sizes.

Talia is a petite little gal of only about 10 pounds (she is full grown), she is fully vetted (spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated). Talia is house and kennel trained.

Talia's local adoption fee is $150 (in the greater Houston area).

If you would like to discuss adding Talia to your family, please email LC at director@reggiesfriends.org for an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Talia, a Conroe Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Conroe, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Conroe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conroe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conroe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conroe paves the way for another one to be saved.
