Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tanner
Black Male
DOB: 10/02/12
Cat Trainable - NO
Tanner is a sweet, friendly guy. He's a youngster though and may be a bit unsure at first. Just give him reassurance and you'll see him settle in quickly. He loves attention and really wants to please. Watch him closely in the house initially as he's still learning house rules. Tanner interacted well with the other greyhounds. Tanner responded well when meeting Jack Russell Terriers, but caution should always be exercised with smaller animals, especially outdoors.
Foster Home Update: Foster Tanner is a lover boy. If there's anyone getting pet or hugged, he pushes his way into the middle of it. He also enjoys cardboard and paper and has a grand time playing with an empty 12-pack box even though there are plenty of dog toys laying around. He has mastered the long staircase and I often wake up to him staring at me or licking my toes. He gets along fine with the resident hounds and will gladly join Monkey for an energetic romp in the yard. He can most often be found laying right in the center of the kitchen floor or squished up next to the bean bag/dog bed by the living room window. I've heard him bark a few times but I can't say what was the cause since I was out of the room. I'm guessing it's something he saw out the window, or maybe he is saying "Hey, come back here and pet me."
