Acorn's Story...
EST DOB: 4/15/13

Precious Acorn is very new to the ARF family but we are already in love!. He may be tiny but he has a huge personality. He is social and friendly. He rides well in the car and walks great on a leash. He is good with cats, children and dogs his size. We will spend more time with him around big dogs to see how he fares.

We know this little guy will get adopted quickly. He is small and energetic. He will make the perfect addition to the right family looking for a new addition to liven up their lives!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Acorn, a Flower Mound Italian Greyhound/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Flower Mound, or seeking a Italian Greyhound/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Flower Mound.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flower Mound already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flower Mound breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Italian Greyhound/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flower Mound paves the way for another one to be saved.
