Pazzo's Story...
Hi, my name is Pazzo. I'm a rambunctious, playful kitten who loves to play with my brothers. I was the first to climb the cat tower, scratch on the sisal post and cardboard scratcher. My favorite toys are the red laser light that I can't seem to catch, this cool cat track and a fuzzy, purple mouse I end up carrying all around the house. I enjoy being held, brushed and even allow my foster mom to clip my nails. When it's time to relax, you can find me in my foster mom's lap or right beside her purring very loudly. I'm such a good boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pazzo, a Tampa American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
