BERNIE's Story...
Bernie is a 1 year old golden retriever/spaniel mix. We are unsure on the type of spaniel but we think he looks as if he could be springer or boyken.

Bernie gets along with any and every one! He loves to play, but isn't wild at all. He is always always always happy. He is the perfect family pet

Bernie will be microchipped, dewormed multiple times, and vaccinated before traveling to his forever home.

His $425 adoption fee includes health certificate and transport to the Midwest.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BERNIE, a CHICAGO Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in CHICAGO, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in CHICAGO.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in CHICAGO already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a CHICAGO breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in CHICAGO paves the way for another one to be saved.
