My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

TOBY is a 3 year old black neutered male Lab who weighs 53 pounds He's a typical young Lab who has very high energy and who pulls quite a bit on leash. So exercise, training, and an easy walk harness will be good for him. Toby was tested with another dog at the shelter. He was excited and a bit rough in his play but calmed down pretty quickly when the other dog ignored him. He’s approved for kids aged 10+.

Update (8/15): Toby is getting along well with all of our dogs and he is enjoying himself on the farm. So far he has not met the cat but we will see how he does later today. He is a smart fellow who is eager to please. He enjoys being pet and he will follow you around for more. He has a great Lab lean. He found the doggie pool on the deck and jumped right in. He is a sweet boy.

From LR transporter: Toby is a handsome boy! He's still a young 3 year old and a strong puller when being walked, so training and an easy walk harness will be good for him. Toby was quiet on the ride but does vocalize when excited. He knows how to sit. Toby loves people!
