Bean's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Bean's Story...
Hi everyone! My name is Bean and I am a tall, lanky 2-year-old male Weim. I was a stray in Ohio when some kind people took me in and contacted the nice folks at GLWR to help me out! I was very skinny and my beautiful grey coat was a wreck, but I am now getting the nutrition and attention I need to get on the mend!

I am a friendly boy that loves people and dogs! While I have been neglected in my past, I have decided not to hold that against the entire human race. I love to run and play, but I am a little embarrassed to tell you that I really have no manners or training right now. I am more than willing to change that though, if you would be willing to take the time with me, I will do my best to make you proud!

Because I like other dogs so much, a home with another dog would be great for me! Not only would I have someone to play with, I would also have a friend to learn the ropes from. Are you willing to take a chance on Weim in progress just hoping for a family to help me blossom?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bean, a Grand Haven Weimaraner dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner for sale in Grand Haven, or seeking a Weimaraner dog from a breeder in Grand Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner breeders who help with Weimaraner rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
