My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Isaac.

I am about 1 & 1/2 years old and weigh around 18 pounds (at least that is what they say!). I came from a faraway place called Kansas in a town called Puppy Mill. If you travel, it is not a place you want to go. It was not nice.

But that is okay because I was rescued by some great people at Schnauzer Rescue of Cincinnati. They took me from Puppy Mill town and placed me with my foster mom. I got to come with my friend Noah which made it super cool.

My foster mom says I should tell you about myself. She says I am a big lover which surprises her because of from where I came. I don’t know what that means because I love everything. Every day to me is a new adventure. I love going for walks with all my foster dogs. I love meeting new people, I think they are great. I love romping in the backyard. I LOVE to eat.

I haven’t spent a whole lot of time around children though I have met a few. They seem okay. I am full of energy when I play but I do so love to snuggle. There is nothing better than when my foster mom pulls me onto her lap and pets me. I could stay there for hours. If I had known what I had been missing while living in Puppy Mill town, I would have tried to escape!

So if you are looking for the world’s cutest dog (hey, that is what my foster mom says!) who will love you with his whole heart and who wakes up every morning excited about what the new day will bring, please come and visit me. I am looking for my “furever” home with someone who will love me as much I will love them.
