Much effort was put into helping Flash and his 6 siblings develop into happy, healthy, and well-adjusted little puppies. Flash has been hand raised from the day he was born because his mommy died in childbirth at a shelter in North Carolina. Flash is now 10 weeks old and 17 lbs.
