FRECKLES FREEDOM FUND, A WONDERFUL NON-PROFIT, HAS STEPPED UP TO PAY FOR THE $1,600 SURGERY. SHE’S ONLY FOUR YEARS OLD, AND WANTS TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE GRASS AND THE TREES.
