Missy is a beautiful, happy, playful three year old, 40 pound, chocolate and white, female pit bull terrier looking for her forever home. Missy is an extremely smart dog. She already knows basic commands but quickly and eagerly is always willing to learn more. She is crate-trained and appears to be housebroken. Missy is full of energy and just loves to play, happy to have a toy in her mouth and always ready to play with someone. She is extremely agile and athletic and loves her leashed walks but would be wonderful jogging or biking with someone as she so enjoys to run too. Missy likes to ride in the car and just loves her baths, often jumping into the tub herself. She absolutely adores people of all ages and is very affectionate. Missy has made great advancements in getting along with dogs but will need more continued disciplined reinforcement. She is fine in the kennel, can go on leashed walks and can sit quietly with other dogs. Our adorable, petite Missy has been in a kennel for over two years. We are searching for a remarkable person to give our remarkable Missy a loving, forever home. Won’t someone please give her a chance? It is guaranteed she will bring great happiness to someone.
Missy is healthy, de-wormed, spayed up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm tested negative and on monthly preventative. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits rescued dogs.
