Bo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Bo's Story...
Due to an unforeseen family situation, Bo was recently surrendered back into our rescue. Bo is larger than life and a wonderful, sweet, silly boy! He is a great dane, shepherd, hound mix, we think! :) He weighs 110lbs and is about 2 years old. He's beautiful and huge! He is a big guy and would love a home with another dog to play with. Bo does great on leash walks, is quick to learn and loves to please. He is a rabbit and squirrel chaser, and probably would do better in a fenced in yard. He is a big lover and needs a stable home with people that can give him a lot of attention. He is house trained. If you are looking for a big teddy bear to love, Bo would be great. Contact HOH for more information on this guy! He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150. Please apply for Bo at www.rescueofhope.com. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bo, a Grand Rapids Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane for sale in Grand Rapids, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane dog from a breeder in Grand Rapids.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Rapids already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Rapids breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Rapids paves the way for another one to be saved.
