Here's what the humans have to say about me:

River was born in the fall of 2013. He's a mellow boy and for the most part he prefers to pick a toy and relax. He loves to play with his foster fur-sibling, Roxy, but she likes to steal his toy! He is so tolerant he just gets up to chose a different one! With River's mellow personality he's sure to blend well in almost any home. River is a big cuddler, if you sit down his head is in your lap and he'll try to wiggle his way up on the couch or bed to be close. He enjoys car rides and makes a great co-pilot.

River's a watchful boy and will alert if a knock on the door, but quickly turns to a friendly greeting when the guest is welcomed into your home. He is crate trained, house trained and working on his leash manners.

River does well with kids, as long as they don't mind a slobbery kiss or two and will allow him to share their space. He's not a fan of feline friends, so a non-kitty home would be best.

River comes full prepared to join the right family. . . neutered, up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm negative!
