Have you ever seen faces this cute?!? I didn't think so! Luci is 5 months old and weighs just 7 lbs. Luci's best friend, Tillie, is about 10-11 months old and weighs 10 lbs. These two are inseparable and would love to be adopted together.
Luci was given to one of our volunteers when she was only 8 weeks old, and she has been raised around kids, cats, and other dogs (and loves them all!). We were told that she is a mix between a Maltese and a Pomeranian, but we're really not sure what breed she is. The groomer thinks she might also have some Schnauzer in her. She has a long torso and short legs, she does shed some, and she will be under 10 lbs when fully grown. Comical Luci will be whatever you want her to be; she just wants love, someone to play with, and a family to call her own.
Tillie is another sweet playful and comical pup. She is a shihtzu mix and she is absolutely adorable. Look at those eyes! These two together will keep you entertained for hours! When Luci was recovering from her spay, Tillie would not leave her side, and waited patiently for her best friend to feel better.
Many people contact us looking for a companion for their existing dog. Finding the perfect companion is not always easy: you have to find the right size, the right temperament, sometimes the right gender, and you usually have to take your dog to meet several dogs before finding "the one" (and with the price of gas, who wants to do that?). Well here's your chance to avoid all the hassle and get them both at the same time! Luci and Tillie are best friends, and we all know two are better (and easier!) than one. Please consider adopting them together.
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, vet checked, current on vaccinations, microchipped, groomed, de-wormed, de-flea'd, and come with a collar, leash, ID tag, and puppy kisses from the lucky dog you take home!
