Lola I passed my CLASS!!!!'s Story...
Are you looking for a smart, energetic, yet playful dog? Then Lola is the dog for you! She loves to go for walks and will frequently stop to sniff the air just as her breed is known to do. She would love to have a fur-ever family that would go for long walks and spend some quality play time together. Lola loves fetching things...especially big sticks! She would do best with a family who enjoys the outdoors where she can burn off her energy. Lola gets along with other dogs so a canine brother or sister would be ok with her. Lola has passed her C.L.A.S.S which is canine life & social skills. This means that Lola knows some basic obedience! Lola is currently in our foster program. If interested in Lola please contact her consultant Rachael at
** The adoption fee helps to cover the general veterinarian check-up, heartworm test, spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, rabies vaccination, worming, flea preventative, and microchip that all dogs adopted through Berea ARF receive prior to going into their new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola I passed my CLASS!!!!, a Berea Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound for sale in Berea, or seeking a Coonhound dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound breeders who help with Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
