My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Handsome Bailey was abandoned to the streets and lived there for the past 6 months with the neighborhood people taking care of him, giving him scraps of food and playing with him. He loved playing with the community kids, fetching after balls and thoroughly enjoyed all the attention. Unfortunately that life, the life of a Stray, is never a good one for an animal especially when they end up in the wrongs hands - which is what happened to Bailey recently when he was found tied, donkey-style, to a wheel barrow. Good thing for Bailey a kind person took up his cause and finally got him off the street and to the vet for the proper love and care.

Everyone who meets Bailey says the same thing, he's the nicest, sweetest, funniest dog that just wants to be loved. He's a bit shy at first but it doesn't take him long to warm up. We suspect this shyness is due to some distrustful experiences he's had, but that is all behind him now, his future is bright. Bailey is looking for a forever home who understands, who will love him unconditionally and a home that will continue the fun!

Bailey is quite social, he gets along great with all dogs, loves kids too! He's pocket-size, fully grown at 27 pounds and the vet estimates him to be just 18 months old. He's not yet neutered but will be before adoption but he's been vaccinated and he's healthy.
