Zena is a sweet and goofy gal. She is learning new manners not to jump on humans and that her puppy mouthing is not allowed. She loves her foster siblings especially Sadie, the other German Shepherd. Her foster sisters have taught her not to be so rough when she plays and that she doesn’t have to play all the time. She loves to go for walks and is very good at staying right at your side. She is working on her recall and would love a forever home where she can continue to work on her training and show off her new skills. She is kennel trained, working on recall, knows place, sit, down and other great behaviors. She is still a puppy and one that doesn’t realize how big she is so she would do well with a family who had had a little dog experience. The trainer she is with is willing to also train the humans on how to work with her. Due to her size she might knock over small kids but as long as she is managed well around the kids she would do great. We would also like her to go to a home with a fenced in yard. She would like to live in the Kansas City area or Omaha/Council Bluffs so spread the word.
