Neon is a mixed breed. Around 1-2 years old. She is a little timid at first then she loves to jump up and give you hugs. She gets along with other dogs. I am working on her leash etiquette. She has never had one on. She has been spayed and is utd on vaccinations. She has tested neg for heartworms. Her adoption fee is $85.00.
