My name is Lucky!

Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever Mix Dog for adoption in Los Angeles, California - Lucky

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Lucky's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Lucky's Story...
Lucky currently lives in Rancho Palos Verdes. The owner's mother has mentioned taking her to the pound - which would be Harbor Shelter - but has not done so and I have told the mother I
am working to do all I can.

Lucky is "being allowed" to stay in the back yard - she has a doghouse. Her owner is going through a divorce and cannot keep Lucky. Lucky had a companion dog - named Rocky - and was with this dog for quite some time - Rocky was recently placed in another home so Lucky misses her as well.

Info:
Age 6-7 yrs.
Spayed (& never had puppies)
No known health issues
Gets along with other dogs
Walks well on leash
Affectionate - gives kisses if asked

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucky, a Los Angeles Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
