MAMA HAS BEEN ADOPTED!**A VERY GENEROUS DONOR HAS DONATED $125 TOWARDS MAMA'S ADOPTION DONATION TO REDUCE HIS ADOPTION DONATION TO $150**Mama is a gorgeous, friendly, gentle and very sweet 2-3 year old female Pit Bull. Mama has had a little bit of a rough start and would love to find a home to love and care for her like she deserves. Mama was pregnant when she was abandoned in a foreclosed home with her mate, Papa. She gave birth to 8 gorgeous puppies and took the best care of them that she could with no food or water for herself. When this little family was found, poor Mama and Papa were nothing but skin and bones. All of the pups were in relatively good shape however. All of their puppies were adopted, but Mama and Papa have been left behind. Mama loves any attention she can get and has been nothing but wonderful. Despite the negect she's suffered, she holds no grudges. She will make an excellent companion for one lucky household.
Mama is crate trained, but since we have only observed her in a shelter environment we cannot say for sure if she is house trained or not, so we do need interested adopters to be willing to possibly take on this task. Mama is currently awaiting rescue/adoption from a kill-shelter in southern IL. We would love to help her out, but all of our foster homes are filled. If interest is shown in her, Mama can be transported to Chicago. She will be fully vetted and prepared for adoption. • Mama's adoption donation is $275. This donation helps to cover her spay, initial vaccines, initial worming and microchip. Pal's Place relies solely on donations to care for the pets in our care. Your donation also helps save other animals like Mama from euthanasia.
